Jay Padharia

Jay Padharia is an experienced IT Service and Delivery Manager with a strong background in digital transformation and software delivery across various sectors. Currently serving at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) since September 2024, Jay previously held the position of Technical Delivery Manager at The Electoral Commission, where responsibilities included leading the Digital Transformation program and managing cloud migration projects. Prior roles at Save the Children International and Learning Possibilities Limited involved leading Scrum teams, managing extensive vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with IT security standards. Jay holds an MSc in Information Systems & Technology from City, University of London, and a BSc Hons in Aerospace Technology with Management from the University of Hertfordshire.
