Tanmay Bhatkar

Tanmay Bhatkar is an IT Software Developer I at World Kinect, beginning in January 2024, focusing on application development using Java Spring Boot and has developed a GraphQL file archival system. Prior experience includes a role as a Software Developer at World Fuel Services from June 2023 to December 2023, where Tanmay ported applications to AWS servers and developed a proof of concept for an AWS Simple Notification System (SNS). As a Student Specialist at Miami University from May 2022 to May 2023, Tanmay designed a prototype for a distributed multi-drone network and worked with advanced algorithms for inter-drone communication. Tanmay also served as an Undergraduate Summer Scholar, creating a drone system with Arduino Uno, enhancing performance speeds. Tanmay holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Engineering and Computer Science from Miami University, completed in December 2023.
