Patrick Dolan

Patrick Dolan, PhD SCCC, is an experienced professional in health and performance services, currently serving as the Director of Health & Performance Services at Performance Directions since January 2024. With expertise in injury epidemiology and data science, Dolan acts as the Epidemiology & Data Science Lead for the Medical Commission of World Lacrosse. Dolan's previous roles include leading a multidisciplinary team for the Irish Rugby Injury Surveillance Team at the University of Limerick, serving as an independent contractor for the U.S. Soccer Federation, and various strength and conditioning positions across collegiate and professional sports organizations. Dolan holds a PhD in Sport Science focused on Injury Epidemiology and Reduction from the University of Limerick, alongside a Master of Science in Human Performance from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Physiology from DeSales University.
