Palumbo Germano

Palumbo Germano has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Senior Partner and Head of M&A at Fineurop Soditic S.p.A. since June 2001, and also as a Senior Partner at the World M&A Alliance since 2015. Prior to this, Palumbo held the position of Senior M&A Manager at Interbanca from 1998 to 2001 and worked as an Analyst in M&A and Corporate Finance at SO.PA.F. from November 1994 to May 1998. Palumbo's career began as an Analyst at Bain Cuneo & Associati in 1994. Palumbo holds a Laurea in Economia Aziendale with a focus on Corporate Finance from Università Bocconi, completed between 1987 and 1992.
