Stuart Baldwin

Stuart Baldwin is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in financial management and accounting. Currently serving as Treasurer at the World Meteorological Organization since January 2005, Stuart oversees payments, budget assessments, cash flow forecasting, and liaising with banks, among other responsibilities. Previously, as Chief of Finance (Acting) at the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights, Stuart managed the accounts department and budget preparation. Stuart held various finance-related roles within the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, including Treasurer and Project Officer for the Integrated Resource Management Project, and has also worked as a Financial Accountant at TNT Express and Cellphone Rentals. Stuart holds a Stage II C.I.M.A degree from Lancashire University and a BTEC Higher National Certificate in Business and Finance.
