Emily Whiteside is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Head of Marketing, Digital and Broadcast at World Netball since December 2021, previously holding the position of Digital Marketing Manager. Prior to this role, Emily was the Digital Executive at the Lawn Tennis Association from January 2019 to December 2021, where responsibilities included enhancing the LTA website and supporting a brand launch. Earlier experience includes working as a Content and Marketing Officer at the Tennis Foundation, focusing on content creation and digital channel management, and serving as a Marketing Assistant at Queen Elizabeth's Grammar School Blackburn Limited, where Emily managed website content and social media. Emily holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Management from Newcastle University, obtained in 2015.

World Netball
World Netball is the sole, recognised, international governing body for the sport of netball. World Netball - formerly known as the International Netball Federation is a member of GAISF, the International World Games Association (IWGA) and the Association of IOC Recognised Sports Federations (ARISF). Currently, over 70 National Netball Associations are affiliated to World Netball, grouped into five Regions - Africa, Asia, Americas, Europe and Oceania - each with a respective Regional Federation. World Netball events include the Netball World Cup, Netball World Youth Cup and Fast5 Netball World Series. Netball is a core sport in the Commonwealth Games.
