Thao Pham

Thao Pham has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. From April 2012 to May 2018, Thao served as the Chief Financial Officer for the Mental Health Association of Orange County. In this role, they provided direction in finance, budget, and internal audit, developed strategic functions, and established a policy-based governance system. Thao also served on the Board of Directors' Finance & Audit Committee and provided guidance for the organization.

Since May 2018, Thao has been the Chief Financial Officer for World of Children, where they continue to contribute their financial expertise.

Prior to these roles, Thao worked at Extrumed Inc. from November 2004 to January 2012 as the General Accounting Supervisor. During their time there, they were responsible for preparing schedules and reports for the Finance Director, overseeing vendor contracts and accounts receivable, and liaising with external auditors for the annual audit. Thao also managed the human resource function for the organization and reconciled bank statements and vendor monthly statements. Additionally, they played a key role in implementing new accounting policies and procedures and successfully transferred current data to new accounting software.

Thao Pham has completed a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Financial Management Services at California State University, Fullerton. Prior to this, Thao Pham also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the same institution.
