Tol Zarcal

Tol Zarcal serves as a City Council Member for the Manila City Government since 2020 and has been the Manager of Production at World of Dance since June 2014. Tol Zarcal earned a degree in Organizational Communication from De La Salle University, completing studies in 2019.
