Carina Hartmann

Carina Hartmann possesses a strong background in biomedical engineering, holding both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Biomedizintechnik/Medizintechnik from the University of Tübingen and FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, respectively. Carina's professional experience includes roles such as Project Management Platform and Systems Engineer at W.O.M. WORLD OF MEDICINE GmbH from November 2019 to June 2023, and a Working Student in Systems Engineering at Sivantos Group from September 2018 to November 2019. Carina also gained research experience through a Master's thesis at Uni-Klinikum Erlangen, focusing on aerodynamic investigations in a model of unilateral vocal cord paralysis. Additional internships and working student positions at Faromed GmbH Medizintechnik and Fraunhofer IIS further contributed to Carina's expertise in the field.
