Rodney de Souza

Rodney de Souza serves as the GC and Head of Legal at the World Organisation for Animal Health, with experience in international standards for the trade of live animals and animal products. As a Senior Associate at Bracewell LLP, Rodney specializes in technology transactions, representing a diverse clientele in complex agreements, mergers, and acquisitions. As an Adjunct Professor at Sciences Po, Rodney shares expertise in various institutions. Previously, as Head of M&A and Corporate Governance at Virbac, Rodney managed global corporate matters, cross-border M&A, and compliance. Rodney began a legal career at White & Case LLP in Project Finance and Acquisition Finance, following training in the Ministry of Finance and prestigious international law firms.
