Moutushi Dey is an experienced finance and operations leader with a robust background in managing organizational growth and enhancing financial performance. Currently serving as Director of Finance and Operations at World Pulse since November 2018, Moutushi is responsible for executing business strategies and overseeing corporate finance activities. Previously, Moutushi held the positions of Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations at Healthy Minds Group, where responsibilities included developing operational strategies and managing stakeholder relationships. Moutushi's early career includes roles such as Market Research Analyst at Helping Men Heal and Operations Manager at Axis Bank, demonstrating a diverse skill set in market research, operational management, and team leadership. Moutushi holds an M.B.A. from Concordia University-Portland, a Master’s in Applied Economics from Presidency University, and a Bachelor's in Economics from Visva-Bharati.
