Ambassador at World Pulse

Sophie Ngassa is an accomplished educator and advocate with extensive experience in community leadership and humanitarian response. Currently serving as the Head Teacher and Supervisor at Alamatan Community School, Sophie designs academic programs for a staff of 15 and oversees the education of over 80 pupils. As an Advocacy and Campaign Officer for the Digital Rights Coalition, Sophie coordinated workshops and initiatives promoting digital rights among civil society organizations. Sophie's roles also include Leadership Coach at The Dream Builder Academy, Chief of Works and Teacher at Government Technical High School Chomba Bamenda, and Founder of the Center for Youth Education and Economic Development, where impactful vocational training initiatives have been developed for youth. Sophie's commitment to education and digital empowerment is further demonstrated through engagements with World Pulse and the Technovation Challenge, alongside a solid academic background in engineering and digital technology.
