Senior Director US Operations at World Relief

Heather Woodward has a varied work experience history. Heather began as a Technical Teaching Assistant at the University of Maryland Global Campus in 1999. Heather then worked as a Project Writer at Howard Community College from 2007 to 2008. Following this, they transitioned to World Relief, where they held various roles from Senior Accounting Officer to Senior Director of US Operations. Notable achievements include overseeing the budget strategy for a $30 million USAID SCOPE project and managing the annual budget process for 13 international field offices, forecasting up to $20 million in income annually.

Heather Woodward completed their Associate of Science degree in Accounting at the Community College of Rhode Island. Heather then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and German from the University of Rhode Island - College of Business. Heather later pursued a Master's degree in International Business Management at the University of Maryland Global Campus, graduating in 2007.
