Kondwani Kaunda

Kondwani Kaunda has extensive experience in finance and administration, starting as an Accounts Assistant at Trust Finance Ltd in 2003. Kondwani then held roles such as Treasury & Projects Accountant at Malawi Union of Savings & Credit Cooperations Ltd from 2005 to 2008 and Finance Manager at Malawi Economic Justice Network from 2008 to 2010. From 2010 to 2018, they served as Director of Finance & Administration at Malawi Economic Justice Network. Currently, they are the Director of Finance And Administration at World Relief, where they have progressed from Assistant Finance Manager in 2018 to Deputy Director of Finance & Administration in 2021.

Kondwani Kaunda earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accountancy from Polytechnic, University of Malawi in 1999-2003. In 2011, they obtained a Masters in Public Policy (MPP) from KDI School of Public Policy and Management with a focus on Financial Markets & Regulation; and International Relations. Kondwani also holds a certification in ACCA from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
