Caroline Lesser

Caroline Lesser is a highly experienced professional specializing in government and multilateral relations with a robust background in sustainability and international cooperation. Currently serving as the Senior Director at the World Resources Institute since May 2019, Caroline leads a team focused on strategic advice, donor stewardship, and partnership development across global programs. Previously, Caroline was the Head of European and International Cooperation at the EU Joint Programming Initiative on Agriculture, Food Security and Climate Change, overseeing significant joint research efforts. Additionally, Caroline held various roles at the OECD from 2003 to 2014, managing strategic relations with Sub-Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia and contributing to international trade policy.
