Devika Malvankar

Devika Malvankar is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the International HR Partner (Manager) at the World Resources Institute since September 2016, Devika has also held positions as Senior Associate and Associate in Human Resources within the same organization. Prior experience includes a role as Executive in Human Resources at Bajaj Electricals Ltd from October 2013 to June 2016, where responsibilities encompassed both HR Generalist duties and Learning and Development. Earlier experience includes working as a Recruitment Consultant at HR Dimensions, focusing on end-to-end recruitment from September 2009 to March 2010. Devika holds a PGDM in HR from Welingkar Institute of Management (2011-2013) and a Bachelor of Management Studies in Marketing from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (2006-2009).
