Kathleen Shelton

Kathleen Shelton is a seasoned professional in philanthropy and development with extensive experience in major gifts and fundraising strategies. Currently serving as Senior Advisor for Impact Philanthropy at the World Resources Institute since May 2023, Kathleen previously held the position of Director of Major Gifts at Denison University from November 2019 to May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Development and Vice President of Major and Planned Gifts at Mercy Corps, an international humanitarian organization, and Senior Vice President at The Greenwood Company, specializing in consulting for not-for-profit organizations.
