Paige Johnson

Editor & Content Strategist, Land And Forests at World Resources Institute

Paige Johnson is an experienced editor and content strategist currently leading editorial content development related to forests and land at the World Resources Institute since December 2021. Prior to this role, Paige served as Head of Outreach and Engagement at the Renewable Energy Wildlife Institute from May 2017 to November 2021, focusing on strategic outreach for wind energy while conserving wildlife. Additional experience includes work as a Research and Communications Consultant at the Natural Resources Defense Council, a Policy Research Intern at Julie's Bicycle, and a Project Assistant at the California Institute of Technology, where coordination of a major renewable fuels research program took place. Paige began a career in paleontology as a Curatorial Assistant at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Biodiversity, Conservation and Management from the University of Oxford, a Master of Science in Science Communication from Drexel University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Studio Art from Occidental College.
