Rob Vickerman is a former professional rugby player who retired at 29 due to a neck injury after a distinguished career, including 50 games in the English Premiership, over 30 tournaments in the HSBC World Sevens Series, and captaincy of the England team to the World Cup final. Following retirement, Rob founded Workathlete, a coaching and consultancy firm focused on performance and well-being, while also engaging in broadcasting for major global rugby events. Currently, Rob works with World Rugby, aiding unions, teams, and players in developing opportunities to enhance the sport. With a Master's in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, Rob blends sporting insights with psychological principles to support personal and professional development.
