World Science Scholar at World Science Festival

Hyunjo K. is currently serving as a World Science Scholar at the World Science Festival since June 2023. Previously, Hyunjo co-founded and held positions as Executive Board Member and Executive Director at Qsium from 2023 to July 2024, focusing on improving accessibility in quantum computing for students globally and establishing partnerships with organizations like Quantinuum and IBM Quantum. Additionally, Hyunjo interned at Quantum Motion in early 2023 and was the Lead Organizer and Licensee for TED Conferences from February 2022 to January 2023. While at the University of Oxford in early 2021, Hyunjo contributed to the Oxford Quantum Club under the supervision of Professor Lvovsky, engaging in undergraduate-level quantum mechanics studies. Hyunjo is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Physics at Yale University from 2024 to 2028, with prior studies at Radley College from September 2019 to July 2024.
