Jaclyn Glatzer has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Jaclyn began their career at NBC Olympics in 2000, where they worked as an Assistant for Bob Costas on a temporary basis. In 2001, they joined Summit Marketing as an Account Director, and later that year, they became the VP Client Services at Summit Group, LLC. In 2008, Jaclyn started their own business called JKG Food Services, where they served as a Managing Partner. Jaclyn specialized in providing foodservice consultancy for temporary projects, working independently or as part of a team. In 2016, they founded the Mise Conference, the first-ever conference for hotel chefs, where they managed brand development, conference logistics, and production. Most recently, in 2020, Jaclyn became the Chief Executive Officer of World Select Cuts, LLC. Throughout their career, Jaclyn has gained extensive industry knowledge and built a wide network of industry contacts.

Jaclyn Glatzer attended Cornell University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication.
