Sidharth Panda

Sidharth Panda is a Human Resources expert currently working at World Skill Center, Bhubaneswar, since December 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing the full HR lifecycle and developing HR processes and tools. Prior to this, Sidharth served as HR Manager at the National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj from September 2021 to November 2023, focusing on employee life cycle management and performance appraisals. Sidharth also held the position of Young Professional HR at Odisha Rural Development & Marketing Society from May 2018 to August 2021, with a diverse role encompassing performance management, training and development, and grievance management. Early career experience includes an internship in Human Resources at Larsen & Toubro in 2017, emphasizing employee benefits analysis and the impact of trade unions. Sidharth holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha.
