Darya Pollak Laufer

Darya Pollak Laufer serves as Senior Counsel for the World Surf League, focusing on intellectual property, corporate, and commercial matters since January 2020. Prior to this role, Darya was Intellectual Property Counsel at The Wonderful Company from November 2014 to December 2019 and worked as an Intellectual Property and Commercial Litigation Associate at Kaye Scholer LLP from January 2007 to October 2014. Darya began legal career as a Foreign Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of Israel in late 2006. Academic credentials include a JD from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law, a B.A. in Spanish and Political Science from Rice University, and participation in an academic year study abroad program in filología española at Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Education also includes attending North Hollywood High School (HGM).
