Michelle Masperi is a Project Associate at the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) since March 2022, focusing on promoting responsible and sustainable tourism. Prior experience includes a role as a User Support Agent at Fever, where the mission centered on inspiring through live entertainment, and a Marketing Intern position at JJR Marketing, aimed at enhancing businesses within their markets. Additionally, Michelle served as Public Relations Manager at Dream Team ITALY SRL, specializing in sports tours across Europe, and worked as an Event Assistant, Copy & Web Editor, and News Reporter during the academic years at Norwich University. Michelle holds a Master's degree in Events Organization, Protocol and Business Tourism from Ostelea and EAE Business School, as well as a Bachelor's degree with a minor in Communication and Business Administration from Norwich University.
