Systems And Operations Engineer at World Trade Organization

Ahmet Ornek began their work experience in 2003 as a Software Engineer at TürkTraktör. Ahmet then worked as a Software Engineer at Siemens Enterprise Communications from 2008 until 2010. From 2010 to 2017, Ahmet worked as a Systems Engineer at the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey. In 2017, they joined the World Trade Organization as a Systems and Operations Engineer.

Ahmet Ornek earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Bilkent University from 1998 to 2003. Ahmet pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi/Middle East Technical University from 2008 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Ahmet has obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. These include certifications such as Introduction to Blockchain for Trade from the International Trade Centre in November 2021, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate from Microsoft in March 2021, Language Proficiency Examination in French from the United Nations in October 2019, AWS Fundamentals: Going Cloud-Native from Coursera in February 2019, SNIA Certified Storage Professional from SNIA in March 2016, and MCSD: Microsoft .NET from Microsoft in December 2007.
