Elma Muslic Jonas

Elma Muslic Jonas has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations and roles. Elma began their career at the OSCE in October 2000, where they worked as a Supervisor for Government State Elections until November 2000.

In November 2000, Elma joined europroNET as a Web Designer and Editor, providing technical support. Elma continued in this role until March 2002.

From March 2002 to June 2007, Elma worked at Raiffeisen BANK dd BIH as the Lead Applications Manager. In this role, they were responsible for the bank's core software project management, architecture, development life cycle, and data warehouse reporting. Elma also implemented Six Sigma business process optimization and continuous improvement strategies.

In June 2007, Elma transitioned to the World Health Organization as a Software Engineer and Database Administrator. Elma worked in this capacity until January 2010.

Elma's most recent position has been at the World Trade Organization, where they have held various roles since February 2010. Elma started as an Applications Specialist and worked in this capacity until July 2016. From August 2016 to July 2021, Elma served as a Systems Analyst. Currently, as of May 2021, they hold the position of Data Architect at the World Trade Organization.

Elma Muslic Jonas obtained their M.Sc. in Computer Science and Information Technology from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, where they studied from 1997 to 2002. In addition to their degree, Elma has earned several certifications including Business Analysis and User Requirements from Learning Tree International, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) from IIBA, PRINCE2 Practitioner from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from Raiffeisen BANK dd BIH, and Ver3 ITIL from APM Group.
