Nicole Naa Adoley Mensa

Nicole Naa Adoley Mensa is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in leadership, research, and social impact. Currently serving as Special Assistant and Advisor (Women in Trade) to the Director General at the World Trade Organization since March 2021, Nicole also founded and leads WƆ NƆ Ni Cosmetics, an organic skincare company that promotes cultural appreciation through its products. As the Founder and CEO of ProjectHEY, a non-profit focused on ICT education for underprivileged Ghanaian children, Nicole has positively impacted over 140 students across various public schools. Previous roles include serving as Special Advisor to the Board Chair of Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, as well as internships at prestigious organizations such as the Center for Global Development and the Institute of Economic Affairs in Ghana. Nicole holds a Master of Science in Applied Economics and Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Africana Studies, both from Cornell University.
