Tomasz Kozieł has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Tomasz started their career as a Stagiaire at the European Court of Justice in 2009. Tomasz then worked as an Associate at Van Bael & Bellis from 2010 to 2011. After that, they joined WilmerHale as a Senior Associate in 2012, where they advised multinational companies and trade associations on various international trade and regulatory issues, specializing in EU regulatory law. Kozieł represented clients before authorities in the EU and US in multi-jurisdictional investigations and merger control filings. In 2016, they joined the World Trade Organization as a Dispute Settlement Lawyer in the Legal Affairs Division.

Tomasz Kozieł completed their education in a chronological order. Tomasz first attended the Jagiellonian University from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Law. Following this, they pursued further studies at the College of Europe from 2009 to 2010, earning a Master of European Law degree, specializing in European Law and Economic Analysis. Finally, from 2011 to 2012, Tomasz Kozieł attended Columbia Law School, where they obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree with a focus on International Economic Law.
