Alerah Turner

Alerah Turner has a diverse and extensive work experience. They began their career at Cover-More Group in 2006, where they held roles such as Internal Disputes Resolution Specialist, Insurance Specialist in Medical Assistance, and Major Loss Manager in Medical Assistance. In 2015, they joined World Travel Protection as the Global Network & Procurement Manager, where they formulated strategies and made process improvements to align network management with the rollout of Global Medical Assistance. They also negotiated contracts with medical providers, implemented benchmark criteria for cost containment, and provided detailed reporting. In 2019, Alerah took on the position of Director of Global Provider Networks at World Travel Protection, before being promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2023.

Alerah Turner is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Macquarie Business School, specializing in Business Administration and Management. They have also obtained a Graduate Diploma of Management from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management. Additionally, Alerah has a certification in SAFe® 4 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc.
