A former Security and Crisis Management Consultant at TotalEnergies, Rodger has also worked as Security and Risk Manager at Ambatovy Joint-Venture and Regional Security Director at International SOS and Control Risks. Earlier positions include Regional Asset Protection at Newmont Goldcorp Corporation and Principal Security Advisor at Barrick Gold Corporation. With a background as Country Manager for Security at Morobe Mining Joint Ventures and a soldier in the Australian Army for over 15 years, Rodger possesses a diverse and rich skill set in security operations and risk management.
