The Project Management and Coordination team at WUSC is responsible for overseeing and implementing the organization's various development programs, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively. This team coordinates with stakeholders, manages compliance and contracts, mobilizes campus efforts, and engages the public to support WUSC’s mission of providing education and empowerment opportunities for disadvantaged youth globally.
