Alexei Abramov has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Alexei began their career as a Digital Copywriting Intern at Brightworks Interactive Marketing in 2010. Alexei later worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology before joining Leo Burnett as part of the Account Services team.
In 2011, Alexei took on the role of Associate, Client Solutions at Syncapse, a technology-enabled services company specializing in social media data analysis for global brands. During this time, they also briefly worked with aaDS as a member of the marketing committee.
From 2013 to 2015, Alexei worked as a Digital Strategist at UM WW, a global media agency focused on using intelligence and creativity to drive brand success through media. Alexei then joined World Vision Canada in 2015 as a Product Manager, Digital Acquisition, and progressed to Portfolio Manager positions in Digital Marketing and Digital Marketing & Media.
Overall, Alexei has gained a range of experience in digital marketing, media management, and client solutions, with a focus on leveraging data and insights to drive marketing success.
Alexei Abramov completed an Executive Program in Digital Business Strategy from MIT Sloan School of Management in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Certificate in Digital Marketing Management from the University of Toronto in 2016-2017. From 2009 to 2011, Alexei earned a Diploma (with Honours) in Business and Creative Advertising from Seneca Polytechnic. Alexei also holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Professional Studies with a focus on Humanities from York University, which they obtained from 2007 to 2011. In 1999, they acquired a Music Diploma from the St. Petersburg Music Lyceum.
