Jason Matta has extensive experience in the marketing field, with a focus on direct response campaigns and revenue generation. Jason served as the Marketing Director, New Donor Engagement at World Vision Canada from 2012 to present, where they successfully raised $70 million in revenue, primarily from new supporters. Additionally, they were responsible for identifying and implementing new revenue channels, resulting in almost $1 million in annual revenue. Prior to this role, Jason served as the Director, Specialized Marketing at World Vision Canada from 2010 to 2012, overseeing multiple integrated direct marketing campaigns and managing a team of eleven. Jason also has experience as the Marketing Manager, Broadcast & Print at World Vision from 2003 to 2010, where they increased revenue for the Gift Catalogue Campaign by 50% and successfully managed a team of three direct reports.

Jason Matta attended McMaster University from 1999 to 2003, where they pursued an Honours Commerce degree with a focus on Marketing.
