Apia Onesmo Manga

Apia Onesmo Manga is currently the People and Culture (HR) Manager at World Vision since November 2022, having previously served as a People & Culture (HR) Specialist in the same organization. Prior experience includes roles at UBA TANZANIA LTD from January 2018 to November 2022 as a Senior Human Resources Officer and Human Resources Officer, where responsibilities encompassed manpower planning, compliance with labor laws, payroll administration, and managing recruitment processes. Additionally, Apia worked at Yapı Merkezi as a Human Resource and Administrative Affairs Officer, and at Letshego Bank Tanzania as a Customer Service Officer. Earlier career experience includes a position as a Human Capital Assistant at the Public Service Social Security Fund. Apia holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Mzumbe University, completing studies in December 2023, and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from the same institution.
