JJ Ivaska is an experienced professional in international development and program management, currently serving as the New Business Development Director at World Vision since May 2017. In this role, JJ leads the creation and implementation of strategies aimed at diversifying World Vision's institutional funding, with a focus on major financial institutions and climate-related funding sources. Prior to this, JJ held various leadership roles at World Relief and World Vision, including Country Director and Senior Programme Officer. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International Development from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a Bachelor's degree in History and Systems Applied Science from the University of Pennsylvania. Additional educational experience includes studies at the University of Zimbabwe and a diploma from Evanston Township High School.
