Kristy Allen-Shirley is a global leader in communications and brand strategy with extensive experience in the non-profit sector, currently serving as the Global Head of Communications and Brand at World Vision since January 2016. In this role, Kristy oversees brand strategy, reputation management, and emergency response communications. Previously, Kristy held senior positions within World Vision including Global Senior Director of Marketing & Communications, and Regional Director of Communications & Public Affairs for both South Asia and Pacific and Southern Africa regions. Kristy has also worked as an independent consultant focusing on strategy, reputation, and communications across various global contexts. Academic qualifications include degrees in Arts with a focus on Media and Indonesian Culture and Politics from Murdoch University, and Foreign Policy and International Affairs from American University.
