Rebecca Glover has extensive work experience, starting their career as a Chartered Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1998 to 2005. Rebecca then joined World Vision Australia in 2006, holding various positions including Senior Project Finance Analyst, Head of Project Finance, Head of Finance Operations, Head of Business Improvement, Head of Executive Operations, Director of Group Portfolio Planning - Supporter Relationships, and ultimately becoming the Chief Financial Officer from 2014 to 2018. In 2018, they joined World Vision as the Senior Director of Global Finance Solutions. Additionally, they had a secondment at World Vision as a Project Lead for Process Review in Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement from October 2018 to March 2019.
Rebecca Glover completed their education with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Business Law from the University of Melbourne in 2001. Rebecca then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting from The Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia from 2001 to 2003. In 2013, Rebecca attended Melbourne Business School and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
