Julian Baker

Julian Baker is a Programme Manager at World Vision UK since December 2021. Prior to this, Julian served as the Director Of Operations at SPANA and Head of International Programmes at Teach a Man to Fish. Julian has a wealth of experience, having held various positions at the British Council, including Senior Programme Manager and Director roles in countries like Malawi, Uganda, and the Caribbean. Julian holds a BA (Hons) in Development Economics and International Development from the University of West London.
