Daisy Szabo

Daisy Szabo, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at World Vision USA, leading HR initiatives for a global Christian humanitarian organization. Prior to this role, Daisy held the position of Executive Vice President of Global Human Resources at AGC Biologics, where significant contributions included scaling the workforce and expanding global operations. Daisy also served as Sr. Director of Human Resources at NAES Corporation, transforming the HR delivery model, and as Vice President of Human Resources at Marcus & Millichap’s Tax Credit Group, playing a key role in the organization's growth prior to its acquisition by CBRE. Earlier career experiences include positions as Director of Human Resources at Idea Entity, overseeing HR operations and strategy, and as Sr. Human Resources Specialist at Merrill Lynch, acting as HR Business Partner across multiple international locations. Daisy holds an MBA from Azusa Pacific University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources & Entrepreneurship from McGill University.
