Javy Diaz

Javy Diaz has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Javy worked at World Vision USA from 2017, starting as a Senior Church Advisor and progressing to Executive Church Advisor and eventually Church Engagement Director. In this role, they built relationships with church pastors and congregations, accelerated fundraising efforts, and promoted church mobilization opportunities. Prior to that, Javy worked at Kelly & Associates Insurance Group as a Project Manager & Marketing Analyst, where they assessed marketing solutions, analyzed sales and marketing trends, and collaborated with stakeholders. Javy also had a brief stint at Dogfish Head as a Human Resources Generalist, focusing on improving work culture and administering payroll and benefits programs. Earlier in their career, Javy was a Senior Account Manager at Kelly & Associates Insurance Group, where they collaborated with HR professionals and cultivated cross-selling opportunities. Javy started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Cigna International Expatriate Benefits, where they provided support and resolved health insurance complaints.

Javy Diaz holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Management from Eastern University, which was obtained between 2023 and 2024. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences & Child Advocacy from Wilmington University, completed from 2021 to 2022. Javy also holds a Certificate in Marketing Strategy from Cornell University, obtained in 2014. Javy'seducation journey began with an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Photography from Delaware College of Art and Design, which they completed from 2000 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Javy Diaz has obtained several certifications, including "The Essentials of Managing Conflict" from Sophia Learning and "Stewards of Children" from Darkness to Light in 2021. Javy also holds a HubSpot Inbound Marketing certification from HubSpot Academy in 2017 and an edX Verified Certificate for Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Power BI from edX in 2016.
