Toby Beal

Toby Beal has a strong background in web development, marketing technology, and digital strategy. Toby worked at World Vision USA from 2013 to 2021, starting as the Director of Web Development and Delivery and progressing to Senior Director Development and Delivery and later Senior Director Marketing Technology - Digital. In these roles, they managed a team of professionals, oversaw operational budgets, and played a key role in driving annual online donations. Prior to their time at World Vision, Toby worked at Pacific Lutheran University as Acting Executive Director, Director of Web Development and CRM, Director of Web Architecture, and Web Content Manager. Toby also held the position of Web Marketing Manager at Washington State University.

Toby Beal received a B.A. in Humanities with a focus on Fine Arts and Computer Science from Washington State University in 2001. In 2003, they obtained an M.A. in Communication with a specialization in Advertising from the same institution.
