Tom Costanza

Video Creative Director at World Vision USA

Tom Costanza has a diverse work experience in the field of video production and storytelling. Tom started their career as a Photojournalist at KPRC-TV in 1990 before moving on to KIRO-TV in 1994. In 1998, they transitioned into teaching video production at Rogers High School, where they played a significant role in designing a new curriculum and establishing a successful daily student-run newscast. In 2001, they joined World Vision USA as a Video Producer, where their work took him to over 40 countries, producing stories from Africa, Asia, Latin America, and responding to disasters worldwide. Tom's career at World Vision progressed, and they eventually became the Video Creative Director, managing a team of creative professionals and producing videos for fundraising, advocacy, and education purposes.

Tom Costanza studied English/Education at the University of Washington from 1997 to 1998. Tom later attended Rowan University from 1978 to 1982, where they earned a BA in Communications with a specialization in Radio/TV/Film.
