Sonja Ritter has extensive experience in image editing and photography, currently serving as part of the Bildredaktion team at WWF Deutschland since September 2017. Prior to this role, Sonja Ritter worked at ZEIT ONLINE from January 2011 to February 2019 in the Bildredaktion department. Earlier experience includes photography, documentation, and archiving for Deutscher Entwicklungsdienst DED from July 2003 to August 2004. Sonja Ritter holds a degree in Grafikdesign from Grafikakademie Witten, where education occurred from January 2007 to April 2008, and completed a photography apprenticeship at Rheinisches Bildarchiv Köln between August 1999 and August 2002.
