Mark Janik

Mark Janik is an experienced warehouse and operations manager with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Warehouse Operations Manager at World Wide Metric since July 2016, Mark oversees all inbound and outbound operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Previously, Mark acted as Co-Chair for the Supply Chain Focus Group at Lehigh Valley Professionals, where responsibilities included agenda creation and communication. As Returns Operations Manager at Tiffany & Co. from April 1997 to September 2015, Mark managed a substantial budget while ensuring adherence to company standards and customer service excellence. Mark also held roles such as Distribution Supervisor and Security Officer, gaining extensive experience in operational management, staff training, and departmental goal achievement.
