Samuel Jones

Samuel Jones is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in helpdesk support and infrastructure management. Currently serving as a Helpdesk and Infrastructure Specialist at World Wide Stereo since September 2017, Samuel previously worked as a Datacenter Technician at DC74 Data Centers from October 2014 to April 2017. In this role, Samuel managed network monitoring, DNS configurations, Active Directory, and server maintenance while training new technicians and overseeing over 100 virtual machines. Earlier experience includes internships at HumanGeo Group, where Samuel developed skills in server assembly and software maintenance. Samuel holds a degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology, awarded in 2014.
