Bill Hawkins

Bill Hawkins serves as the Senior Director of Talent Management and Career Development at World Wide Technology since November 2021, following a distinguished career at BT from April 2006 to November 2021, where notable roles included Senior HR Business Partner/Director and Director of Workforce Planning, Demand Management, and Talent Acquisition. At BT Global Services, Bill provided strategic HR direction across a workforce spread over 17 countries and managed global workforce planning and talent acquisition. Bill's earlier experience includes the position of Director of Recruiting and Talent at Lucent Technologies, overseeing various business units and managing a team of 78 professionals, as well as starting as a recruiter and advancing to Recruiting Manager at International Network Services.
