Donathan Souders

Donathan Souders is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in Unified Communications and network engineering. Currently serving as a Sr. Unified Communications Engineer at World Wide Technology since May 2022, Donathan liaises with a governmental agency, focusing on maintaining and operating Cisco Unified Communications products. Previously, Donathan spent nearly 17 years at Insight Networking Solutions, where responsibilities included monitoring and maintaining Cisco UC environments while also managing incident response and proactive maintenance. Early career roles included positions as a Level 2 Support Technician at Vinciti Networks and a Wireless Network Technician at Jetstream Wireless, providing critical support and technical escalation. Donathan holds an MSIT in Network Architecture and Design from Capella University and a BSNT in Computer Networking from Collins College.
