Will Feil

Will Feil is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and project management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at World Wide Technology since October 2016. In this role, Will advocates for clients and focuses on IT Managed Services, particularly in Network Infrastructure and Unified Communication Managed Support. Previous positions at World Wide Technology include Project Manager for infrastructure network builds and Partner Support Coordinator for International Professional Services partners. Before joining World Wide Technology, Will held various roles at Life Time Inc., including Sales Manager, Assistant Department Head, and Personal Trainer. Will also has experience as an Assistant Baseball Coach at the University of Central Missouri. Will holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree, both from the University of Central Missouri.
