Vice President And Deputy Director, Global Science

Kimberley Marchant has extensive experience in conservation and environmental management, currently serving as Vice President and Deputy Director of Global Science at the World Wildlife Fund since August 2006. Prior roles at the organization include Senior Director of Strategic Engagement for Global Science, Director of Public Sector Partnerships, Director of Field Programs, and Special Assistant to the President/CEO. Kimberley also worked as a Conservation Consultant independently from July 2002 to July 2006, and held various positions at the World Wildlife Fund from 1998 to 2002, including Communications Officer and Environmental Education Associate. Educational qualifications include a Master of Environmental Management with a focus on Conservation Ecology and Social Ecology, as well as a Certificate in International Development Policy from Duke University, and a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Ecology and Conservation from the University of Florida.
