Kritika B. is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in organizational development and culture. Currently serving as the Head of People Culture and Organization Development at the World Wildlife Fund since November 2013, Kritika has held various HR roles, including Head of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager. Prior experience includes positions as Payroll & HR Officer at Population Services International and Human Resource Officer at Mega Bank Nepal Limited. Kritika began a career in human resources at Asda Stores Ltd as a Human Resource/Recruitment Officer and also served as an Events Coordinator at ZEE TV UK. Kritika holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Greenwich and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Asian Institute of Technology.
